“ Comida muy buena!!! We ate dinner at Dona Chica on a Sunday evening, so it was very quiet in Mitla. They provided great service with fresh, fantastic food. We got guacamole, rolled tacos, tamales, and pollo con mole negro. All was fantastic, but the chicken was outstanding. Great drinks as well. Very reasonable prices for such great food. ”

“ After visiting the Mitla ruins we decided to get lunch before heading out to Hierve el Agua. This place had great reviews on Google and we decided to try it out. There were six of us and none were disappointed with the food. Of all the restaurants we had visited during our Oaxaca stay this was a standout. The mother and daughter are the second and third generation serving delicious food and recipes from la abuelita(R.I.P). The daughter of la abuelita is now the main cook and the granddaughter is the host/ server/ cashier. We would definitely eat here again. ”
